Do I have to have a PayPal account to place an order? No, payments are processed through PayPal but payments can be made using Credit and Debit cards. This option is available at the very end of checkout.

How much is shipping? Orders of $59.99 and less are $6.95 for shipping. For orders of $60+, shipping is 12% of the sale. This is very reasonable and is accurate to the shipping costs that are required. If the incorrect shipping is selected, your order will be put on hold and an invoice will be sent for the actual shipping due.

How long does it take to ship my order? We ask for at least 5-7 Business days (Monday-Friday unless there is a holiday) to ship orders. We make our mixes when orders come in to ensure the freshest product possible and want you to enjoy your purchase from us. Sometimes there can be an unforeseen delay but we do take shipping times very seriously and do our best to keep on schedule. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is ready to ship.

I placed an order and now the items I wanted have been erased. What happened? When an order is placed and a customer goes back to the order to make changes, it will erase the original order even if it has been paid. If you want to make changes to an order that you've placed, please contact us. If the order has not begun to be processed, we can make changes for you easily.

Do Kitcheneez products contain MSG? No, none of our products have MSG added.

What about peanut allergies? We don't add peanuts to any of our products. Because of the severity of peanut allergies, we don't claim to be "a peanut free facility". Our ingredients may have had peanut contact before coming to us.

I want to join but don't want to pay for a kit. Is there a way to join for free? Yes. We'll connect you to a consultant to help you host a party either online or in person. If your party totals $200 or more, you can choose to join us instead of getting your hostess rewards. We'll set up your account so you'll be able to start selling and earning.

If I host a party, what do I earn? For a hostess to earn rewards, her party must total at least $100 to be considered as a qualifying party. At that point, she can select free products as her reward equaling 10% of the total party amount. Other products can also be added to this order. Don't worry if this sounds confusing...we can help you with it all.

I was a consultant in the past and want to come back. How do I do this? If your last order with us was within the current season, you can reactivate your account with a $25 order placed. Please add a note to let us know this is what you'd like to do. If your last order was not in the current season, you'll need to purchase a new kit so you'll have current products and information. All "rejoins" must be approved before reactivation.
