Here's a few ideas to use this mix in other ways.
2 8oz cream cheese boxes
1 8 oz sour cream
1-2 pkgs Mexican Mambo
Chopped green peppers
4 cups shredded Mexican Cheese
Beat cream cheese and sour cream together until smooth, add Mexican Mambo.
Spread on a large glass dish. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, green peppers. Top with
Mexican cheese. Use any corn chips you desire. Best part of this is you can add more or
less toppings to the base depending on tastes. I recommend a disposable 9 X 13
aluminum pan if taking this dish to a party or picnic. I ate it as a salad.

*Salsa chicken from Judy HarrisPlace 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts bottom of crock pot. Sprinkle 1 Packet Of Mexican mambo over chicken. Add 1 cup salsa and 1 can cream of mushroom. Cook on low for 8 hours. Prior to serving add 1/2 cup sour cream, mix and serve over rice. Yum!
